Using The Law of Attraction Weight Loss Techniques
Many people have heard of the Law of Attraction and associate it with personal development – but did you know that it can also be used to help you to lose weight?
Because weight loss is ultimately a personal development goal there are many people who have found the concepts of law of attraction weight loss programs to really work where other plans might have been less than successful.
This is hardly surprising because when you think about it the Law of Attraction is about creating and developing a belief in your own abilities and emphasizing your natural talents to reach goals. People achieve so much using these laws because they inherently know what they are capable of.
They start to emulate the person that they know they can become, for some it might mean dressing differently, for others it might mean making different life choices and daily decisions.
Using this theory then there is every reason that using the law of attraction, weight loss can be achieved and moreover – maintained. With that in mind here are some tips to help you get started.
1 – Use Visualization
Don’t just wish to see yourself thin, believe it. Imagining yourself as being trim and toned is only half the battle, for law of attraction weight loss to be successful you have to be able to actually visualize life as a thin person. To do this you need to be able to see every part of the reality that you want, including how it will affect you, your life, your demeanor and your family and friends.
What will you look like, will you change your hair, what new clothes will you wear, what new activities will you take up? Will your social life change? Will your attitude and self confidence change?
All these thing are a part of the visualization process which is such an important part of using law of attraction weight loss techniques.

2 – Plan
If visualization is setting the goal, then planning is required to make sure that you reach that goal. This is the second stage of the Law of Attraction. It is all very well living as a thinner person in your mind, but how are you going to make it a reality?
You need to plan the steps to create that leaner you. This will include meals, exercise, snacks, social outings, drinks, hydration, supplements and sleep. Plan ‘B’s’ in case of a hiccup are also great to have on hand at this stage.
How you are going to cope with stressful situations and personal or work pressures also need some sort of plan attached to them. Your budget also needs to be planed out. It is all very well wanting to eat nothing but fresh free-range, organic meat and produce, but will your grocery budget allow for this?
When you exercise will you join a gym, invest in some home equipment or use existing gear. If you are using walking as a part of your cardio plan you won’t need any gear except good shoes and comfortable clothing – do you have them?
Just as using the law of attraction weight loss plans will not work if you can not visualize the end goal, so too will you hit a stumbling block if you can not plan how to reach that goal.
3 – Reward yourself regularly
Steve Tyler sang that “life’s a journey, not a destination” so make sure that you set yourself realistic milestones and reward yourself when you hit those milestones. That way you will enjoy the ride far more and it will seem so much easier when using law of attraction weight loss techniques.
By using the Law of Attraction, weight loss is not only easier, but it becomes a fait accompli. You have the new you in mind and a plan for getting there in real life. The new you is only a step away!
