Top 5 Thermogenic Foods

Imagine being able to eat foods that actually allow you to lose weight faster? Vitamin C

The best part is that ginger and citrus taste really good together, so next time you have a stir fry going don’t forget to add lemon juice and ginger to the mix. Whole-grains are unprocessed grains which provide energy and fiber to our system.
